Em sua página, o Facebook diz não permitir anúncios com “conteúdo adulto”, o que inclui “nudez, imagens de pessoas em posições ou atividades excessivamente sugestivas ou sexuais”.

“É até ridículo não aceitar ver uma mãe amamentando, algo tão natural, em público”, resumiu o pediatra Mauro Toporovski.
O pediatra, porém, pondera que a amamentação após os dois anos, caso de Kalu, é desnecessária. “Não é recomendado, pois a criança tem condições de mastigar alimentos ricos.”
