Com a chegada do bebê tudo muda! Antes da maternidade é fácil conciliar vida de casal com trabalho, estudos, prática de esporte, lazer e até a macarronada com a família aos domingos!
Na volta da maternidade com o bebê no colo e muitas novidades é normal os pais ficarem perdidos na organização de tempo, aliás qual tempo?
Organizar a nova rotina da família é uma aventura e não é só o casal que precisa disso, o bebê também. Saber o que acontecerá funciona como um efeito calmante para o pequeno.
Na hora em que tudo parece estar fora do lugar mantenha o bom humor e não sejam tão exigente consigo.
Errando e acertando, você encontrará o caminho. Lembrem-se que a família está se adaptando a uma nova vida. Sejam os pais que vocês podem ser e não o que os outros esperam.

1) Consulte-se com uma nutricionista para elaborar um cardápio para o pós parto, é comum as mamães se preocuparem com a alimentação durante a gestação e no pós parto liberarem tudo. Depois sofrem com as cólicas dos bebês, aliás nessa fase você precisa de uma dose extra de energia e alimentar-se bem é fundamental;
2) Que tal deixar algumas refeições congeladas um pouquinho antes do bebê nascer tornará sua vida mais prática e você terá mais momentos livres para descansar;
3) Não exija demais de si e não ultrapasse seus limites físicos e emocionais. Nada de dar uma de super mãe, peça ajuda, não espere alguém lhe oferecer;
4) Licença a maternidade é para você curtir o bebê e não para organizar os armários em casa. Nada de querer mexer naquela papelada que há anos está no armário;
5) Que tal escrever um recadinho para os amigos dizendo que o seu bebê logo nascerá e que em breve você chamará cada um para visitá-los. Eu chamo isso de resguardo de visitas! Receba-as de forma gradual na maternidade e em casa, os recém-nascidos são delicados e tem atividade imunológica baixa nos primeiros meses. Precisam de mais atenção nessa fase de adaptação com a amamentação e geralmente não têm hora para mamar;
6) Nos intervalos das mamadas, enquanto o bebê dorme, aproveite para descansar. Repousar é fundamental para se recuperar do pós parto e aumentar a produção de leite;
7) Quando o seu obstetra liberar, tente praticar exercícios começando com alongamentos e caminhada leve. Uma boa forma de conciliar tudo é sair com o bebê enquanto ele toma o banho de sol.
