Eu tomei chá de canela quando começaram as contrações e acelerou bem. Também conheço outras amigas que tomaram chá com 41 semanas e no outro dia nasceu. O chá de canela é bem quente e acredito que aumente a circulação.
A ansiedade pode atrapalhar bastante nessa hora mesmo, essa semana mesmo uma doulanda minha também tentou de tudo e não teve jeito, também foi para a indução por medicamento, no final deu tudo certo.

Tenho que deixar um comentário. Sofri de uma ansiedade extrema no final da gravidez, por vários fatores e tentei quase todas essas alternativas, mas nada deu certo! Fiquei quase 2 semanas em pródomos e, vítima da minha própria ansiedade, o trabalho de parto foi induzido com medicação. Penso que a ansiedade é um grande desafio a ser superado nesse momento...
