Muitos pais não sabem o que fazer no momento do parto, alguns não sabem se vão aguentar ver sua mulher sentindo “dor”, outros acham que não conseguem ver sangue, outros acham que só quem é da área da saúde que pode ajudar, o que ele um PAI muitas vezes da área de exatas pode fazer?
O acompanhante no momento do parto é muito importante para a gestante, para passar segurança, apoio físico e emocional, conforto entre outras coisas…
O PAI nesse momento é mais importante ainda… A mãe não fez o bebê sozinha, por que ela iria parir sozinha?
A gestante pode estar com o melhor médico da cidade, com a melhor doula, com sua mãe, mas seu marido presente, trocando olhares, ajudando-a a agachar nas contrações ou simplesmente dando um abraço, um aconchego irá fazer toda a diferença… essa gestante confiará no seu corpo, pois seu marido está presente e ele confia nela que ela irá conseguir, proporcionará um relaxamento maior para sua esposa durante o intervalo das contrações, além de passar segurança que ele está ali e que ele está vendo tudo, que nada de ruim vai acontecer…
O marido precisa entender que no parto não precisa de nenhuma técnica, a mulher precisa de carinho e atenção, não adianta ir para hospital e dormir enquanto a mulher sente dores sozinha ou com a doula…
A doula está ali para dar suporte físico e emocional sim, mas sua mulher gostaria da sua presença ao lado, olhando, dando a mão ou ajudando-a, a doula pode ser uma pessoa intima já, praticamente amigas, mas nunca terão a relação de marido e mulher, a troca de olhares, doula não substitui marido e doula não faz papel do marido… Ela está ali para somar!
Espero que com essas fotos alguns maridos repensem em acompanhar suas mulheres durante o trabalho de parto e parto….
