Vou postar umas fotinhas durante uma aula minha…
Essa aula foi realizada na Clínica Gerar em Jardim da Penha – Vitória – ES, um dos lugares que dou aula em Vitória.
A Clínica Gerar é de uma amiga minha também fisioterapeuta especialista em Saúde da Mulher, Priscila Valentim, que trabalha em Vitória a bastante tempo.
Hoje em dia a Priscila também é uma das minhas alunas, ela está grávida de 19 semanas da segunda filha: Raquel.
A primeira foto é do exercício que chamamos de Gato, é ótima para quem está com dor lombar.

Vale lembrar que a fisioterapia para gestantes não é só realizada quando se está com dor, mas também para manter a gestação saudável, fortalecer o corpo globalmente e prevenir dores.
Os exercícios são benéficos tanto para as mamães que querem o parto normal quanto as que querem cesárea.
E para quem quer parto normal, fazemos diversas posições que poderão ser utilizadas no trabalho de parto e parto, além de uma aula específica para o parto normal, onde o marido acompanha e aprende o que poderá fazer para ajudar a mamãe e também participar ativamente do parto.

Além dos exercícios, também fazemos Drenagem Linfática Manual para as gestantes que estão com edema (inchaço) e no pós parto fazemos reeducação perineal (fortalecimento do períneo através da eletroestimulação).
