A lei que dá o direito a licença de 180 dias (6meses) que é o tempo ideal de amamentação exclusiva ao seio já está valendo, agora temos que lutar pela lei do prematuro.
Com esta lei Uma mãe cujo bebe nasceu com 30 semanas de idade gestacional PREMATURO, isto é, antes do tempo ideal, terá a oportunidade de estar mais 7 semanas com seu bebê e ainda recebendo salário integral!!!

Fala sobre um período de equiparação, as mães teriam licença do nascimento até a data do DPP + 4 meses de licença maternidade.

É mais a empresa que opta pelos seis meses, se a empresa nao quiser, o INSS cobre apenas os 4 meses..... :(( mas vamos assinar pra prematuros!
