Compressas Geladas para o Períneo no Pós parto.
Existem coisas que ninguém conta.
A gente so fica sabendo quando acontece com a gente ou nos deparamos com a vivencia da realidade. Entao você teve um lindo parto normal, natural, de cócoras, na banheira, com episiotomia ou sem, com laceração ou sem e está apaixonada pelo seu bebe. Tudo é lindo perfeito e maravilhoso… Mas vamos a realidade por que acho que nós mulheres devemos ser verdadeiras, sinceras e nos ajudar… e o períneo? Hemorroidas? O desconforto nessa região acontece. Mesmo pra quem conseguiu o sonho do períneo integro ainda existe o inchaço e o desconforto.
Uma das coisas que mais me incomodou no pos parto foram os pontos no períneo e o inchaço da regiao. Incomodo razoável, nada de dor, apenas incomodo.
Graças a obstetra que me acompanhou no parto recebi umas compressas de gelo para aliviar o inchaço e desconforto dessa região. Que alívio! Ainda no hospital as enfermeiras me levaram compressas feitas em saquinhos de chup-chup e luvas descartáveis.
Depois em casa recebi a orientação de faze las com absorvente noturno e chá de camomila. Foi a glória! A dica é faze las por volta da 37. semana de gestação e deixa las acondicionadas no freezer.

Quando for para a maternidade peca alguém para leva las para você. E quando chegar em casa elas já estarão prontas. O tempo ideal para usa las é por 15 min.
Sobre as hemorroidas… bom, o primeiro n.2 pós parto é tenso. Dá muito medo de abrir tudo. Mas fiquem tranquilas por que nada acontece. Também é importante ingerir bastante agua para melhorar o funcionamento do intestino e hidratar além de ajudar na produção de leite.
Caso você sinta dor informe seu obstetra. Pomadas, lubrificantes, sprays podem ajudar. Evite usar papel para se limpar/secar, prefira ducha higiênica e se seque com toalhinhas ou compressas.
Abaixo esta o passo a passo e materiais utilizados para fazer a compressa e mais dicas para aliviar o desconforto da região do períneo e hemorroidas.
Usar ducha higiênica quando for ao toillete, toalhinhas ou compressas cirurgicas para se secar.
Conversar com o seu Obstetra sobre sprays ou pomadas para a região.
Materiais:
Um pacote de absorvente noturno com cobertura suave ou de sua preferencia.
Cha de camomila concentrado.
Papel Aluminio
Saquinhos de plástico
Um estojo para acondicionar os absorventes no freezer
Preparar o cha de camomila concentrado, deixar em infusão esfriando.
Abrir o absorvente sem retirar da embalagem e sem retirar a fita adesiva.
Umedecer a região mais central do absorvente ate encharca la. Usei por volta de 15-20 colheres de sopa em cada. Mas depende do tamanho e da absorção do absorvente que você irá usar. o importante é encharcar a regiao mais central.
Fechar.
Embrulhar no papel alumínio para proteger. Se levar para maternidade não vai descongelar rápido.
Colocar todos no saquinho e organizar em uma vasilha plástica.
Levar para o Freezer. Retirar do freezer alguns minutos antes de usar. Fazer compressas de 15 min. sempre que sentir necessidade.
