A copa já passou, mas causou um super tumulto na vida de todos…
Como o Studio fechava cedo durante os dias de jogo e as barrigudinhas também saiam cedo do trabalho, resolvi aproveitar o clima de inverno de Vitória e dar aulões no parque da pedra da cebola!!
E foi uma delícia, todas amaram!!!
Lembrando que praticar exercícios físicos durante a gestação também traz benefícios no pós-parto, já que melhora a circulação sanguínea, evitando os incômodos inchaços, e permitindo retorno mais rápido às atividades cotidianas.
